Accessing the Plexus Security Portal

What is the Security Portal?

The Plexus Security Portal is a dedicated, access-controlled resource hub at plexus.co/security. It provides verified customers and qualified prospects with Plexus's information security documentation, which are materials commonly required to complete internal vendor security assessments, procurement processes, and due diligence reviews.

Documents available through the portal include:

  • Disaster Recovery Report (latest)

  • ISO 27001 certification

  • Penetration test attestation letter

  • Network Security Policy

  • Risk Management Policy

  • Secure Development Policy

  • and other documents made available by the Plexus Security Team.


Who is it for?

The Security Portal is intended for:

  • Existing Plexus customers who need to complete internal security reviews or supplier audits; and

  • Prospective customers evaluating Plexus as part of a procurement or due diligence process

Access is gated. You must register and be verified before content becomes visible.


How to request access

  1. Scroll down to find the registration form and complete the registration form with your name, company, and email address

  2. The Plexus team will verify your details against our customer records. Allow up to 3 business days for this step

  3. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation and can log in to access the available documents

Note: If you are a prospect rather than an existing customer, your registration will be flagged to the Plexus sales team for follow-up before access is granted.


Troubleshooting

  • I registered but haven't received confirmation: Allow 3 business days. If you have not heard back after that, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]

  • I can log in but cannot see any documents: Your access may not have been fully provisioned. Contact [email protected] with your registered email address

  • I need a document that is not in the portal: Contact [email protected] and we will assess whether it can be provided
