Whilst your email address will always remain the same in Plexus, you can follow a few simple steps to reset your password and to restore your access to Plexus.
The steps to reset your password will depend on whether your organisation uses single sign-on.
Whilst we'll be able to assist users who do not have single sign-on enabled, organisations with single-sign on will need to reach out to their internal IT teams to reset their password.
If you're not sure, the login screen will guide you to let you know your next steps.
Determining whether to use single sign-on
Head to the Plexus log-in screen and type your work email address into the space provided.
If your company uses single sign-on, the password field will disappear and the steps to reset your password will differ. In this case, you'll need to contact your IT Team for your next steps.
If your email address is not linked up to single sign-on, you'll notice a button to reset your password. Click Don't remember your password to get started.
Updating your password without single sign-on
On the resulting page, enter your work email address and click Send email. You'll receive an email in your inbox within a few minutes.
Note that you might need to check your junk box if your email is yet to arrive.
