In most cases, if your organisation is using Plexus, in most cases you'll receive an email from a colleague inviting you to use the platform. However, if your organisation is using Plexus, and you would like to create your own account, head to our log-in page.
The sign-up process will depend on whether your organisation is using Single-sign on. If you're unsure, follow the steps assuming that your organisation has single sign-on.
Signing up to Plexus with single sign-on
If your organisation has single sign-on enabled for Plexus, you can type your work email address in from our log-in page.
Where single sign-on is enabled, we'll determine this based on your email.
Click Log in. If we determine that you're a new user, we'll create a new account for you and you can start using Plexus with your organisation right away.
Signing up to Plexus your organisation does not use single sign-on
If your organisation does not use single sign-on, you'll find that the log in page will ask you for a password for the above steps. If this is the case, click the tab to Sign up.
We'll then prompt you to enter your email, a new password, your first name and your last name. Your password must contain:
At least ten (10) characters and
At least three (3) of the following
Lowercase characters
Uppercase characters
Numbers
Special characters
Once you've filled in all of the required details, click Sign up. We'll then use your email address to determine whether your account should belong to an existing organisation. If so, you'll receive an email from us confirming your account and you'll be able to start using Plexus right away.
Otherwise, our support team can assist you with next steps.
Next steps
A Plexus administrator from your company will receive an email to allocate you to the correct team in your company's structure. However, you can start using Plexus right away with a basic level of access.
