With the right permissions, you'll be able to make changes to your company's account settings within Plexus.
Managing your company's account settings
To access your account settings, sign into Plexus and head to the Settings button in your main menu. Then select Account.
From the resulting page, you'll see a number of tabs allowing you to manage and configure different areas of your company's account. Below we've included a summary of each.
Company structure
The Company structure lists all organisation units for your company's account. Think of organisation units as silos or folders for documents. Users might log into a given organisation unit and might store documents within those units.
Check out this article for more details on adding organisation units.
Document list
The Document list settings tab allows you to display additional fields on your documents list. The available custom questions are sorted by application.

Matters list
The Matters list settings tab - like the document list settings - allows you to display additional fields on your matters list.

Matter categories
The Matter categories tab allows you to manage the custom categories and sub-categories and associated triage rules. You can also designate members of your legal team for matters.
Check out this article to customise your matter management categories.
Import contracts
Make Plexus your single source of truth with the Import contract tab. This tab allows you to upload documents into Plexus in bulk.

Billing
The Billing tab is most used by users who use Promotion Wizard. It is used to keep track of account credit balance and transaction summary history.
Brand
The Brand settings tab allows you to update the logo in the top left corner of your account. This will most commonly already be done for you during your initial account configuration, but can be edited from this tab as required.
The brand settings page has five key areas to update and these are:
Site name. The name that shows in an active Plexus tab when you hover over it.
Domain. The URL typically including anything after the @ in a company's email address (i.e. a Plexus branded domain would be plexus.co or plxs.com.au)
Icon. The logo that shows when the menu is collapsed.
Large. The logo that shows when the menu is expanded.
Email banner. The banner image that shows at the top of any emails sent from Plexus.
Note that any changes made here will affect only the organisation unit that you are logged into, and any unit that sits underneath your account. Where there are variances to the brand settings made on units sitting lower in the hierarchy, you may find discrepancies with your branding.
Check with the support team if you need to confirm the branding across your organisation's set up. If you'd like to update your own logos, optimal sizing for each logo type is as follows:
Expanded menu logo: 160 x 43 px
Collapsed menu icon: 43 x 43 px
Email banner logo: 1036 x 192 px
Notifications
The Notifications section allows you to manage who receives new user and single sign-on related email notifications.
When an administrator is designated in this section, they will receive email notifications whenever a new user signs up via the Plexus home screen or creates a new account with single sign-on.
Users listed here will also be reminded about single sign-on related expiry dates: two months, one month, two weeks, one week before and on the day of expiry.
The email will prompt you to set up a user's roles and units. Without your action, that user will sit in your company's default role under the default organisation unit.
An email is sent to each listed administrator's account once per day.
Single sign-on
For clients who would like to log into Plexus with single sign-on (SSO), we provide an easy-to-access admin panel to set up your single sign-on service for clients who use:
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
SAML including OKTA and Google Admin
For clients who have single sign-on with another provider, your onboarding expert can arrange this separately.
