Internet Explorer and Edge (on PC)
Microsoft Edge and its predecessor Internet Explorer both provide InPrivate browsing. To start a new InPrivate browser window from either of these browsers, open Internet Explorer or Edge.
Click or tap the Settings and more button in the top-right corner. It looks like three dots. Then choose New InPrivate window.
Alternatively, hold CTRL+SHIFT+P on your keyboard.

Google Chrome (on Mac or PC)
To launch an Incognito window, click or tap the Customize and control Google Chrome button in the top right corner of the browser window. It looks like three dots. Then, choose New incognito window.
Alternatively, hold CTRL+SHIFT+N on your keyboard.

Mozilla Firefox (on Mac or PC)
To enable private browsing in Mozilla Firefox, click or tap the Open menu button in the top right side of the browser window. It has the shape of three parallel lines. Then, choose New private window.
Alternatively, hold CTRL+SHIFT+P on your keyboard for a PC, or Command+Shift+P on a Mac.

Safari (on Mac or PC)
Head to the top menu. In your browser window. Go to File > New Private Window from the menu bar.
Alternatively, hold Shift+Command+N on your Mac keyboard, or Control+Shift+N on your PC.
