We're thrilled to announce the release of our AI-generated advice feature, which takes information gathered from the Request Legal Support intake form, to create additional, context-specific questions for you to answer.

First, start by opening the Request Legal Support app from the Dashboard and select the category for your legal support request, then click Next.

Under the heading for Tell us what you need help with, you'll have the opportunity to provide as much detail about your request as you can, through answering a range of standardised, and in some cases, additional custom questions to give context about your issue.

Top tip! Answer these questions in as much detail as you can. For more detailed answers, more relevant the AI-generated questions will be generated, and draft advice provided to your lawyer will be more succinct.

At the bottom of this step, there is a section to upload documents.

If your request includes any relevant documentation, uploading your documentation, you will need to distinguish between a main document and other supporting materials. This main document will be analysed for your legal team using AI.

Select a Main document from the list to ensure that your legal team is provided with the most relevant draft advice for the document that you have attached.

There will be a third step where you can click Next to load your personalised AI-generated questions.

Answer these personalised questions in detail to send to the legal team. Then click Next once you're done.

Your full set of responses will be used to create draft advice for lawyers on the following page. You will also have a summary of the answers to your questions presented on the Matter Details page.

Reach out to us at [email protected] or contact your Customer Success Manager to find out more.
