Playbooks for Plexus Counsel
Plexus Counsel can now be configured to reflect your organisation's rules, standards, and risk appetite — so every interaction is grounded in how your legal team thinks.
Administrators can create Playbooks to define how Plexus Counsel applies your internal knowledge in context, with an AI-assisted setup that removes the need for prompt-writing expertise.
Once active, Playbooks work across every Plexus Counsel interaction for every user in your organisation.

Bugs
Documents: Fixed an issue where uploading a document with a contract value containing more than two decimal places (e.g. $1,234.567) would fail with a generic error. These values are now accepted and rounded automatically.
Release: March 24, 2026
Improvements
Documents: Print Key Facts to share offline You can now print or save Key Facts as a PDF directly from the document page. This makes it easy to share a clean summary with stakeholders who don't have access to Plexus — no more screenshots or unformatted printouts.
Documents: Export Key Facts Changes report A new "Export Key Facts Changes" option is available from the document list. Select a date range to download a CSV of all key fact modifications made to executed documents — replacing what was previously a manual process.
Notifications: Minor version upload notifications for assigned reviewers Assigned reviewers are now notified when a minor version (e.g. tracked changes) is uploaded — not just major versions. This closes a gap where important redline updates could be missed.
Knowledge: Descriptive sub-heading added The Knowledge page now includes a descriptive sub-heading ("Manage precedent documents that inform Plexus AI recommendations") to improve wayfinding and clarify the page's purpose at a glance.
Plexus Counsel: Can now answer questions for any future bulk uploaded documents.
Bugs
Documents: Documents visible after merging user accounts Fixed an issue where documents were not visible after merging two user email addresses via an admin tool. Documents from the old email now correctly transfer to the new account.
Release: March 19, 2026
Bugs
Notifications: Fixed an issue where Default Reviewers were receiving "new amendment" notifications on documents that only had an approval stage. This change reduces unnecessary context-switching for lawyers who had visibility of the document but weren't needed in the workflow.
Release: March 13, 2026
Improvements
Contracts: Plexus now remembers your DocuSign signature. Once you've signed for the first time, your adopted signature will automatically apply to future signing requests — no need to re-enter it each time. If you ever need to update your signature, you can reset it from your user profile.
Contracts: When uploading an executed agreement, you can now set the execution date rather than it defaulting to the upload date. This means your key facts will reflect when the contract was truly signed, not when it was added to Plexus.
Contracts: Assigned reviewers are now notified when a new version is uploaded or when someone comments on a document — even after the document has moved past the review stage. This keeps you in the loop on changes that matter to you, without needing to manually check back.
Plexus Counsel: Bulk uploaded documents are now available for use as context in Plexus Counsel, so you can reference and ask questions across a greater percentage of your files.
Bugs
Contracts: Fixed an issue where all assigned reviewers continued to receive notifications after one reviewer clicked "Mark in Review." Now, only the reviewer who progresses the workflow will receive ongoing notifications, reducing unnecessary noise for the rest of the team.

Improvements
Contracts: When sharing, approving, or signing a document with a colleague who doesn't have a Plexus account but shares your company domain, you can now choose to give them access via the Counterparty Portal for a more restricted view. Previously, internal domain users were always shown the full Document details page — now you have the option to share a limited view instead by selecting Share access via Counterparty Portal when adding them.
Release: March 6, 2026
Introducing Multi-Document Awareness for Plexus Counsel
Plexus Counsel now supports analysis across multiple agreements at once. Select the contracts you need — from your repository or by temporarily uploading files — and ask questions that surface shared obligations, compare terms, and identify risk across related agreements in a single conversation.
Plexus Counsel can now intelligently answer questions like:
"What is my total liability if I terminate these three agreements early?"
"Which of these vendors offers the most favourable terms for our business, and why?"
"Do any of these agreements contain exclusivity clauses that would conflict with our new partnership?"
Whether you're reviewing a signing pack, comparing supplier terms, or checking consistency across a portfolio, Plexus Counsel brings it all together — without switching between documents.
Release: March 4, 2026
Improvements
Plexus Counsel: Plexus Counsel no longer opens automatically when you visit the Document details page, giving you more control over when to start a conversation

Contracts: The Activity feed now shows which custom key facts (and answers) were deleted, so you can easily track what's changed.
Settings: Single sign-on configuration now supports up to 1,000 domains, so larger organisations can manage all their domains in one place
Bugs
