Toggle Plexus email notifications on and off from the settings menu

Email notifications sent in Plexus can be toggled on or off depending on your preferences. Email notifications can be altered both for an individual editing their own account settings, or for an administrator editing settings on behalf of their users. This guide will address both scenarios.


Editing your own email notifications


An individual can opt in or out of Plexus email notifications by heading to their name in the top right hand corner of the screen, then clicking on Profile. From here, you'll see a list of the roles attached to your account.

From this page you can click Edit. On the resulting page, you'll see a checkbox to toggle email notifications on or off for your account.

Click Save once you're done.


Editing email notifications for others


Users with access to the Settings menu are able to edit email notification settings on behalf of another user.

From the main menu, select Settings then Users.

Scroll to find the user you'd like to edit. Then click Edit on the far right hand side of the screen.

Note that the above screen usually shows each user's email address. We've hidden it in this particular screenshot.

From the Edit page, you'll see a checkbox to turn email notifications on or off for that user's account.

Click Save once you're done.


Effects on email notifications


There are a range of email notifications that will, and will not be affected by this toggle. Both lists of have been included below.

Here is a list of all emails that are affected when an account opts not to Receive notifications:
