Easily view the status of any outstanding support tickets

The customer support portal houses all of your support tickets in one place. If you have our customer support portal enabled for your account, you can easily view the status of any outstanding support tickets here.


Logging into the customer support portal


You can visit our Customer Support Portal and sign in with your credentials. If you don't have access, you can reach out to our support team via live chat or e-mail [email protected] for assistance.


Accessing support portal requests


Once you are logged in, you can head to the top right hand corner next to your profile to view your requests. You can also view requests others have made and shared with your organisation. Simply click on your company name.

In this example, the company name is Plexus, and therefore you would click Plexus to see all requests submitted and shared across your company.

At the top of the screen, you'll notice a range of filters which you can use the view specific requests. Support requests can be filtered by:

  • Words contained in the request

  • The status of the request

  • The request creator

  • The type of request

You can click into a request to find out more about it.


Following up on support requests


If you'd like to reach out to our team on this support request directly, you can post a comment underneath the ticket description. 


Sharing tickets with colleagues


If you would like to share this ticket with a teammate, click the Share the ticket on the right hand side column of the ticket. 

Top Tip! Share with your company to allow anyone from your team to see this ticket.


Viewing and updating the status of a ticket


The Plexus team will update the ticket's status throughout its lifecycle on your behalf. The status of a ticket in progress can be viewed from the top right hand corner of the ticket. You may also opt to:

  • Review the notification settings for updates to the ticket, by toggling the Notifications on button

  • Closing the ticket by clicking Resolve this issue

  • Withdrawing the request by clicking Cancel request
