Where you're creating similar promotions in the Promotion Wizard, you can duplicate past promotions in order to save time on future submissions. When duplicating a promotion, you'll be able to edit your promotion's details, ensuring that your new submission is relevant. Here's how:
Step 1. Log in to Plexus and select the Run a Promotion tile to launch the Promotion Wizard.
Step 2. To re-use a past promotion, go to Recent Promotions on the right hand side of the screen and click View all.
Top tip! If your past promotion is one of the recent promotions listed, you can click the Blue Duplicate Icon to copy your promotion from here instead.
Step 3. Use the filter to find your past promotion. You can filter based on
Keyword
Promotion Status
Promoter
Date range
You can also use the pagination tools to scroll between the pages of promotions stored for your organisation in Promotion Wizard.
Step 4. Click the Blue Duplicate button to copy your promotion.
Step 5. Begin your promotion setup and follow the prompts. Many questions will be pre-filled based on the duplicated submission. You can change the details of the new promotion as you navigate your way through the Wizard.
By default, your new promotion will take the name of your past promotion with "(copy)" at the end. You can rename it entirely if you wish.
