Please see a step by step guide below for artwork review relating to a Promotion Wizard submission
Step 1. Sign in to Plexus and launch the Advertising Compliance Review app.
Step 2. Fill in the details as follows:
Select the option to Submit artwork for review.
Select whether you've submitted the artwork before, or whether you've sent a related submission for promotion terms through to Promotion Wizard.
Enter the name of the campaign or promotion, ensuring that it matches with a Promotion Wizard campaign where applicable.
Specify whether or not you need this today.
Click Next.
Step 3. Fill in the required information on the Offer Details Page. When prompted to describe the offer, you may include the Promotion title again, with as much additional information as possible.
Step 4. Upload your artwork by clicking Browse and selecting the files from your computer.
When prompted, please specify where this advertising will appear e.g. website, social media, etc.
Step 5. Complete the compliance review, and select the options that apply to the content of your ad/s.
Step 6. Confirm all details provided are correct and click Submit when you are ready.
Our legal team will review your submission and where required, will provide the terms for your offer on Plexus within 24 hours of your submission. You will receive an email notification once the advice is available to view.
