Ready to get started?

Step 1. From the Plexus dashboard, select the Run a Promotion tile to launch the Promotion Wizard.

Step 2. Select New Promotion to get started.

Note that from this page, you can also:

Step 3. Give your promotion a unique name, then click Next.

Step 4. Follow the prompts to fill in the Promoter Information.

You'll also have the option to pre-fill this information from a pre-filled list of promotors your business has on file. You'll be able to edit these details as required.

You'll have the option at the bottom of this screen to Add another promoter or Save Promotion and Continue.

Step 5. List your advertising methods including how the promotion will be advertised and when. Answer any additional conditional questions as required. Click Save Advertising Method once you're done.

Step 6. List your entrant groups where required. You can Add Another Entrant Group or Save Entrant Group.

Fun fact! If you Cancel at any point, we'll be saving your entries as you move through, so any steps you've completed until now will be saved as a draft for you to come back to later.

Step 7. State how participants would enter your competition, by answering the questions provided. You can choose to Add Another Step or Save and Exit at this point.

At this point, you may like to review your entry so far. You can Edit Entry Method, Add 2nd Step or continue to the Next Step in the top right hand corner of the screen.

You can also scroll down on this page to enter in any additional information not already entered in the form.

Step 8. Once you've clicked Next Step, select from the options to Add a Winning Method. Answer the conditional questions as required, then Save Winning Method.

Note that you won't be able to proceed to the next step if you haven't answered all questions to standard.

Step 9. You'll be prompted to Add a Prize. You can add as many prizes as you would like at this stage.

Step 10. Answer questions about how to notify the winner. Click Save and review your inputs. You can Edit any of your inputs where required. When you're happy, you can continue to the Next Step.

Step 11. Fill in the details on permits and privacy, clicking Save once you're done. Review your inputs, then click Next Step.

Step 12. Review your Promotion Details on the Summary page including billing information and Promotion Contact information, making an Edit as required.

Step 13. Share your Promotion for someone else to review by clicking the links.

Step 14. When you are happy with all relevant information for your promotion, click Process Promotion.
