How to use Plexus Random Draw
Getting started with Plexus Random Draw is simple – whether you’re an existing Plexus customer or running a one-off draw. From the starting page, use Plexus Random Draw to:
Sign up or login
Access the Plexus Random Draw tile from your Plexus Dashboard, or head to randomdraw.com to Start Your Draw, sign up or login.
Dashboard
From your Dashboard, you can see all your Draft, Scheduled, and Completed draws. Every draw is linked to your account, so you always have a clear record.
Create a draw
Click Create a Draw to begin setup, and enter key details like Draw name and promoter.
Choose Your Entry Method
Entry Count – enter the number of total entries if you’re tracking entrants elsewhere (e.g., a spreadsheet).
Upload a File – upload a CSV with entrant details. Random Draw supports both simple and complex setups.
You will then be asked to confirm basic details about your spreadsheet and any winning rules, where applicable.
Add Prizes
List your prizes and how many winners (and reserve winners) you’ll need.
Schedule or Run Your Draw
Choose to schedule your draw for a specific time or run it immediately once entries close.
Scrutineer
Where a scrutineer is required, you will be required to list the details of your scrutineer.
Payment
If you are an existing Plexus customer, payment for the service will be made using Promotion Wizard. For customers without pre-existing accounts, you will be prompted to enter your credit-card details through a secure payment portal.
Summary
You will be shown a summary of your draw details before your draw is run.
View Results
Once your draw runs, Random Draw instantly determines your winners (and reserve winners).
You can then:

Export results
Review the audit log
Draw Details
You can click to view the details of your draw from the Dashboard. All key details of your draw, activity feed etries and any downloadable artefacts are accessible from this page.
When to Contact Plexus
Sometimes, complex or high-visibility draws need extra support. Our Marketing Suite team can help with:
High-value prizes
Frequent draws (daily or hourly)
Cascading draws — where non-winners roll into later rounds
We’ll run these draws on your behalf, store them against your account, and provide your Draw Certificate upon completion.
Scrutineer requirements
Some states require an independent scrutineer for certain draws.
If required, at the time of the draw, the scrutineer must witness the draw in order to ensure it was conducted fairly and in line with the Terms and Conditions.

If your draw requires a scrutineer, Plexus Random Draw will prevent scheduling and send you a reminder to arrange a scrutineer before the draw date.
