Your promotion has been running, and now it's time to conduct your draw.
If you have selected Plexus to conduct the draws for you, this article will show you how to securely send us your draw data.
Data privacy is very important to us at Plexus and the privacy of personally identifiable information is not only a legal requirement but an expectation of all individuals in a community.
The value we place on Data privacy is well reflected in our Security Policy. As such, we have devised 2 secure ways for you to send us your draw data to ensure we are protecting the privacy of your customers:
Option 1: Sending your draw data via Dropbox
Email [email protected] to request a secure Dropbox link when you have your draw data ready.
Top Tip! Please upload your data as an excel or CSV file (.xlsx or .csv). Please ensure that the spreadsheet contains all eligible entries, with one entry per row and that each column has a clear, understandable header and that the data contains no gaps.
You should receive an e-mail from Plexus to upload your files. Click Upload files to get started.
Important! If your file is password protected, please send through an e-mail to [email protected] or SMS with the password separately.
You will be redirected to a secure area where you can upload your draw data excel file.
Add your name and email address once you have uploaded your file and click Upload.
Congratulations, your files are now uploaded!
Remember to send through an e-mail to [email protected] or SMS with the password if your file is password protected.
Option 2: Sending through the total number of entries
If you are unable to send through a secure excel file with the draw entries, or your business’ internal privacy policies prevent you from doing so, you can assign a number to each entry and provide our team with the total number of entries.
We can then conduct a randomised draw for your winners and provide a list of the winning numbers which you can then match up with the corresponding entry.
