Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Sign in to Plexus and launch Advertising Compliance Review
Step 2 - Select the following options on the Campaign Details Page
Campaign Name: Provide the campaign name which includes the brand name and a short offer overview. Using a unique name will make it easier to locate the submission at a later stage
Industry: Include Your Business' Industry from the drop-down list
Offer Type: Choose Offer type from dropdown- e.g. gift with purchase, discount, etc
Step 3 - Offer Details Page
Provide details of your offer as requested.
TIPS:
Offer Details: Include a detailed overview of the offer mechanic. If you think it needs to be flagged in the terms include it in this section
Who Offer is Available: Be as specific as you can
Where Offer is Available: Include the specific URLs for any websites and the list of any physical stores where the offer is available. If it is only available at select stores, include either this full list or if applicable, you can specify any XXX (e.g. Myer) store which displays advertising for the offer.
Limitations Remember to include any limits e.g. limit 1 gift per person, or transaction
Exclusions: If there are any products excluded from purchase for the offer e.g. gift sets, include this in the exclusions list.
Step 4 - Confirm & Submit
Confirm all details provided are correct and submit when you are ready.
Our legal team will review your submission and provide the terms for your offer on Plexus within 24 hours of your submission. You will receive an email notification once the advice is available to view.
