If you are conducting a gift with purchase offer where the 'gift' is redeemed in-store at the point of purchase, it is arguable that no permits are required as long as all advertising promoting the offer is removed from the store as soon as all gifts available to be won are awarded.

In such a case it is arguable you will only require short form terms for the offer.

1) When you reach the Winning Method section, select 'Gift with Purchase' on Winning Methods page

2) Select 'Unlimited gifts available during the promotional period'. This will ensure you are only quoted cost for short-form terms on the confirmation page.

We will of course still include in the terms that the gifts are subject to availability.
