Once you upload your documents into Plexus, you may decide that you would like to re-access these files outside of the system.

In order to download the most recent version of your document out of the system, head to the Document list and click the required document.

On the resulting page, you'll see a document preview, with a button slightly above the document preview pane to Download your file out of the system.

Click the Download button to initiate this process.

Note that if your document is either partially or fully signed, you may have additional options to:

In this case, you would click the appropriate link to initiate your download.

You can also upload a new document version or download your Docusign Certificate of Completion.

In order to download a previous version of a document, click the Versions button and click the version of work that you would like to download.

Once the previous version of work loads on-screen, you will need to click a different button to download the legacy version displayed in the previewer. The button is in the form of an icon.

To download, click the Download icon to download that version of the file out of the system.
