Plexus allows you to download a certificate of completion for signed documents. This document captures and displays a verified audit trail of all signatures obtained for your contract.
Downloading your certificate of completion
Step 1. Open your Document list. To download a certificate of completion, you can click into any document with an Executed status.
Step 2. On the resulting page, you'll see the full end-to-end complete workflow with a document preview to the left hand side of your page.
Just above the preview, you'll notice an option to Download.
Click to see the option to:
Download executed document as a non-editable PDF with the eSignatures
Download certificate of completion
Step 4. Select the option to Download certificate of completion.
The file will download onto your device.
Note! If your document workflow included at least one person who wet signed the document, you'll notice additional pages on your certificate of completion to reflect this.
In this case where at least one of the signers has wet signed the document, the certificate of completion will also be included on the executed document email as an attachment, reflecting this.
