Troubleshooting errors in Plexus

For errors in Plexus, send us a copy of the error by following these steps.

The following instructions are for those users using Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari.


Log out


  1. Log out of Plexus from the top right hand corner icon

2. Log back in at the login page: https://app.legalgateway.com.au 

3. Re-attempt your action. If problems persist, please do the following below (as per your browser)


Troubleshooting on Google Chrome


The following instructions are for troubleshooting on Google Chrome via a MacBook or PC.

Step 1. Recreate the error

Step 2. Right click anywhere in your browser and select Inspect.

Step 3. A side menu panel will show on the right hand side of your page. Select Console. Red on this page will indicate that there is definitely an error.

Copy or send [email protected] a screenshot of any error information, along with a description of your symptoms to us via our live chat.


For Internet Explorer


The following instructions are for troubleshooting on Internet Explorer.

Step 1. Recreate the error

Step 2. Right click anywhere in your Internet Explorer browser and click Inspect element.

Step 3. Select Console.

Troubleshooting on Safari for Mac OS X


The following instructions are for troubleshooting on Safari via a MacBook.

Step 1. Open Safari and choose Safari > Preferences > Advanced.

Step 2. Select Show develop menu in menu bar

Step 3. Choose Develop > Show error console.

Copy or send us a screenshot of any error information, along with a description of your symptoms to us via our live chat.

Then close the console by clicking the close button on the left hand side of the error consoles menu bar.


Troubleshooting for Safari on Windows


The following instructions are for troubleshooting on Safari via Windows or PC.

Step 1. Open Safari and click Settings > Preferences… > Advanced.

Step 2. Select Show Develop menu in menu bar

Step 3. To show the menu bar, click Settings > Show menu bar

Step 4. To use the console, open Safari and in the menu bar choose Develop > Show error console.

To hide the menu bar, click Settings > Hide Menu Bar.
