Background
Your organisation has a company structure that's designed to show or hide specific documents and matters from different people across your business.
Most Plexus users will have access to just one unit in the company structure, and in this case, this guide won't be relevant. However if you are a cross-functional team member of manager, you may have been given access to different areas of the business.
If you find the need to switch between these organisation units, you can do so when you:
Picking an organisation unit when logging into the platform
If you have access to multiple organisation units in Plexus, once you log into the platform you'll be prompted to choose an organisation unit to log into.
Select an organisation unit from the dropdown, then click Continue. The organisation unit you're logged into shows just below your name on most pages in Plexus.
Switching organisation units once you are logged into the platform
In the top right hand corner of most pages, you'll see the current organisation unit you're logged into, just below your name.
If you're logged into the platform and find that you would like to switch into another organisation unit to view their documents or matters, click Your name in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Select an organisation unit from the dropdown, then click Continue to seamlessly transition into the new unit.
