Please allow up to 5 weeks from the time of the Promotion Wizard submission (when permits are required). Timeframes supplied above may vary depending on the situation and the complexity of the promotion.
*SA Standard Permit Application Lead Times - the SA department advised us that the initial assessment begins on the 10th business day from the lodgement date. Issuance of the permit may be on that date (if the application is approved upon initial assessment) or later (if further details are required) - up to 14 business days from the lodgement date.
Legend:
Simple Promotions (in light grey): Straightforward promotions with 2 winning methods and non-complex prizes (e.g. products, tickets, gift cards), GWP, Offer, Scratch & Win.
Complex Promotions (in dark grey): Three or more winning methods, multiple/complex prizes, trade incentives, various dates, progressive trade promotions, contingency games, etc.
