Our 24-hour promise is about how fast we move. The weeks below are mostly the permit regulators, who work to their own statutory timetables. If your promotion doesn't need a permit, you have your final terms inside the first fortnight.

How the 24-hour turnaround works in practice
Permits are excluded from this timeline
We commit to 24 business hours from a complete brief for a simple Promotion Wizard brief; a complex brief or bespoke legal advice may take up to 48 business hours. Business hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. If we need more information, the clock pauses while the brief sits with you and restarts when you reply — so waiting on detail never eats into your turnaround.

Indicative only. The 24-hour promise covers our first draft, not the whole timeline. Allow up to five weeks from your Promotion Wizard submission where permits are required, and one to two weeks where they are not; timeframes vary with the complexity of the promotion. For SA standard permits, the regulator begins its initial assessment on the 10th business day after lodgement and may issue the permit then, or up to 14 business days after lodgement if further detail is needed.
