As a Plexus user, you can view and preview company Knowledge documents that support both the Contract Review and Marketing Wizard modules. These documents are maintained by your legal, marketing, or compliance teams to reflect your organisation’s preferred language, brand guidelines, and risk position.
With base permissions, you won’t be able to upload, edit, or remove documents – but you can access the most current approved materials any time you need them.
Viewing knowledge documents
To view your company’s Knowledge:
Go to the left-hand navigation and select Knowledge.
Click the document name to open a preview.
Download any documents as required
You’ll be able to read the document and the importance weighting associated with those files when generating recommendations.
Why this is useful
The Knowledge section is a helpful reference point when:
You want to start from an approved company template
You need to understand the context behind AI-suggested edits during contract review – also visible from the Contract review tab
You're preparing marketing content and want to align with internal rules or past guidance
You want confidence that you're working from the most up-to-date version of a key document
Top tip! If something looks out of date or incorrect, flag it with your legal or marketing team. All changes to Knowledge are managed by users with admin access.
