What is a cache?

Browser caching is a process that temporarily stores specific pieces of information from website pages, such as images, in order to facilitate faster loading speeds the next time you return to a website.

Clearing a cache can sometimes fixes certain problems like pages loading, formatting issues or problems with viewing your document.

Google Chrome is our recommended Internet browser and therefore the following instructions have been provided for this browser only.

How to clear your cache

Step 1. Open Google Chrome and log into Plexus.

Step 2. Right click anywhere in your browser and Select Inspect.

Step 3. Once Inspect is open, right click on the refresh symbol next to the website URL in the top left hand corner of your screen.

Step 4. Click Empty cache and hard reload. This will empty the cache for our platform and will refresh your screen.
