Google Chrome is our recommended browser for using Plexus. As a result, various display and visibility issues may be resolved simply by changing your browser.

If you're not currently using Google Chrome, and if you don't currently have Google Chrome installed on your computer, you may click this link to download Google Chrome for your device.

On the resulting page, click the button to Download Chrome. Your download should begin automatically.

Once the download is complete, open the file from your Downloads folder or the downloads panel often found in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Then follow the on-screen prompts to finalise the installation.

Open Google Chrome once installation is complete, and head back to Plexus to continue using the platform!
