With Plexus contract management, you can get contracts signed faster using streamlined document workflows. With our storage solutions, you can have every contract at your fingertips.

We recommend you use one of the file types listed below when uploading documents from:

Files uploaded to the Approve and eSign app can be up to 35MB. However if your workflow includes a signing stage, you'll need to limit your file size to 20MB. This includes when uploading an amendment or sub-document.

Executed documents uploaded to an existing document can be up to 100MB in size, however please note that larger file sizes can impact email deliverability, so for larger files, you will need to manually share the document with external users so that they can have a copy of the executed file.

Upload documents one-by-one into the system to assist with document storage. When doing so via the Store a Document app, file type size limits extend to 100MB.

Initiating a bulk upload allows you to make Plexus your single source of truth for documents across your business. The file size limit is 100MB per file. You can upload a .zip file containing your documents for easier upload.
